Responsibilities
- Design, build, and launch machine learning models that support NLP, information retrieval, ranking, reasoning, dialogue systems, and code generation.
- Develop and apply cutting-edge machine learning techniques, including Transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, ensemble methods, and agent-based models to enhance AI performance.
- Process and interpret large-scale datasets with varying structures to guide model development and refinement.
- Lead end-to-end machine learning workflows from defining problems and exploring data to engineering features, training models, validating results, and deploying solutions.
- Conduct A/B tests and apply statistical analysis to assess model impact, while building automated validation frameworks to ensure reliability.
- Explain model functionality and value clearly to both technical teams and non-technical audiences to support informed decision-making and adoption.
Compensation
Base salary for California-based hires ranges from $160,000 to $220,000 per year; final offer depends on location, level, expertise, skills, and experience. Some positions may include variable pay, equity, and benefits.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid role with team locations in Silicon Valley, London, Bangalore, and Vancouver.
