We're seeking a Software Engineer to design and enhance observability systems that support both internal operations and customer-facing platforms. You'll play a key role in maintaining scalable infrastructure, ensuring systems are monitored, traceable, and resilient across multiple availability zones.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain backend services in Go, contributing to core observability pipelines.
- Manage infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible, ensuring consistent and automated deployments.
- Operate and evolve the LGTM stack, covering metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting for production systems.
- Support CI/CD workflows using GitLab and ArgoCD, enabling reliable rollouts across environments.
- Take part in operational rotations to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve platform stability.
- Collaborate daily with engineers to design solutions and refine system architecture.
- Work across technical domains, interfacing with various teams while owning your infrastructure initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
- Strong background in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration management tools.
- Proficiency in Go or similar high-level programming languages.
- Familiarity with monitoring ecosystems including Grafana and pipeline automation via GitLab.
- 3–5 years of experience in operational IT settings with a focus on reliability and performance.
