The Role
As a Systems Reliability Engineer at MoneyFlow, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the robustness, scalability, and security of our financial technology infrastructure, driving reliability strategies across technological domains to support millions of customers.
What You'll Accomplish
- Architect and maintain scalable infrastructure and tooling enhancing platform reliability, performance, and accessibility
- Advance observability frameworks, platform libraries, cloud architecture, and deployment pipelines
- Develop sophisticated automation and monitoring mechanisms for proactive incident prevention
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate reliability methodologies
- Conduct comprehensive incident analyses, implementing systematic improvements
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years software engineering experience in large-scale distributed systems
- 5+ years operational expertise in observability technologies
- Programming proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js
- Advanced incident management and documentation capabilities
- Strong collaborative and educational communication skills
- Cloud platform and infrastructure expertise
- Entrepreneurial mindset and execution-oriented approach
Technological Ecosystem
We utilize Node and TypeScript within a microservice architecture on Kubernetes and AWS, developing cross-platform applications using React Native. Familiarity with contemporary software engineering principles facilitates rapid integration.
