Responsibilities
- Create high-performance scripts and services that operate efficiently in real-time, high-demand settings
- Handle deployment and orchestration of compute infrastructure and containerized applications for specialized services
- Implement automation for critical operations such as resource scaling, traffic distribution, and network congestion management across computing and database tiers
- Design and sustain CI/CD workflows enabling automated releases, easy rollbacks, and consistent delivery
- Track system metrics including CPU, memory, disk, and network usage, optimizing configurations for performance and fault tolerance
- Construct and support indexing and data exploration tools that deliver responsive, dynamic data access for end users
- Configure and fine-tune various database technologies, including time series, relational SQL, key-value, and in-memory systems
