Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a full-stack engineering team focused on MetaDefender Secure Managed File Transfer.
- Promote an AI-driven engineering culture by integrating AI coding agents and autonomous workflows into daily development, aiming for AI-generated production code under rigorous human oversight.
- Develop and refine automated development pipelines that include planning, code generation, testing, review, and correction, supported by safeguards ensuring code quality and security.
- Establish and enforce security and quality controls, including context design, evaluation methods, and validation checkpoints for AI-produced code.
- Train engineers to manage and direct AI agents, transitioning from hands-on coding to supervising and verifying AI-executed tasks.
- Oversee the creation of secure, high-performance backend systems using C#/.NET and modern frontend applications with React, Angular, or Vue.
- Work closely with international teams across locations such as Vietnam and the U.S. to influence product direction and deliver key projects.
- Advocate for high standards in software quality, system performance, and user experience while advancing technical innovation.
- Cultivate a team environment rooted in trust, continuous learning, responsibility, and iterative growth.
- Maintain awareness of advancements in cybersecurity, secure development practices, and AI-powered software engineering methods.
- Ensure all development, including AI-generated code, adheres to strict security, compliance, and operational reliability standards.
