Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to communicate the platform's strategic value and long-term vision to prospective clients.
- Lead technical discussions during pre-sales, including discovery sessions, live demonstrations, and proof-of-concept implementations to secure technical approval.
- Close technically complex deals by leveraging deep technical expertise, competitive insights, and trusted advisor relationships.
- Work closely with cloud and platform engineering teams to influence system design and promote industry best practices.
- Present product capabilities and technical details to potential customers during meetings and public events.
- Advocate for customer needs by relaying feedback to product and engineering teams, helping shape future roadmap priorities.
- Tackle novel challenges, educate teams and clients on platform capabilities, and continuously improve customer success strategies.
