As a Spare Part Product Specialist, you will lead the strategic development and management of spare parts offerings, ensuring alignment with market demands and operational efficiency. Your role will span the entire product lifecycle—from concept and development to rationalization and discontinuation—working closely with engineering, procurement, and regional teams to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement segmentation models and value propositions for spare parts portfolios
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve spare parts processes, including service kits, training programs, and sustainability efforts
- Coordinate the international rollout of maintenance kits in collaboration with business units and supply chain partners
- Manage new product introductions, SKU optimization, and end-of-life planning
- Track financial performance metrics and identify opportunities to increase profitability and market share
- Collect and analyze customer insights and market trends from regional teams to inform product decisions
- Represent spare parts expertise in major transformation projects such as ERP upgrades, data governance, and supply chain redesign
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline. You must have a proven background in product or portfolio management, particularly within technical or industrial environments. Familiarity with heating and cooling systems is essential, and prior experience in HVAC or spare parts distribution is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical capabilities, clear communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments are critical. Fluency in English is required. This role is based in the Asian part of İstanbul or Koceali region (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova), and candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to these areas.
