Role Overview
This position is responsible for maintaining precise and up-to-date contract records within the SpendHound platform. Working remotely from India, you will ensure SaaS agreements are accurately processed and integrated, enabling clients to manage their software portfolios effectively. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success and Data Operations teams to deliver consistent, reliable data experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and process incoming customer documents, including SaaS contracts and supporting files
- Upload and structure contract data in client-facing portals, aligning records with vendor information
- Extract critical terms such as renewal deadlines, cancellation windows, licensing quantities, and annual contract value
- Assist with routine and on-demand data updates, cleanup, and reporting requests
- Detect discrepancies or anomalies in datasets and escalate them for resolution
- Keep documentation current for data workflows and maintain consistency across platforms
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in data handling, administration, or operational roles, ideally in SaaS, tech, or B2B settings
- High level of organization and precision in managing detailed information
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently while balancing multiple tasks
- Strong initiative to recognize and report data quality concerns
- Comfort with spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets, and experience working with both structured and unstructured data
- Clear communication skills, with experience in remote, cross-functional teams
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle tools, procurement systems, or platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Airtable
Technology Environment
You'll work with widely used productivity and data tools including Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Airtable.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role based in India, with core working hours between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM IST. The team operates with flexibility while maintaining alignment across functions.
