Glovo is hiring a Sr Analyst Growth

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all growth drivers and refine their application within the quick-commerce model
  • Support the rollout and execution of strategic initiatives across all operational markets
  • Lead the evaluation and synthesis of results from growth experiments to guide future improvements
  • Translate business requirements into meaningful analysis that enables data-backed decision-making
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, turning challenges into measurable outcomes
  • Uncover opportunities to expand customer acquisition, boost engagement frequency, and improve retention
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership, including vice presidents and growth directors
  • Play a key role in advancing the expansion of the company's rapid delivery platform
