Responsibilities
- Develop and test prototype antennas, feed networks, and RF front-end components for high-performance phased arrays, ground stations, and consumer wireless devices
- Build electromagnetic simulation models to assess and optimize the performance of antennas, filters, and printed circuit board layouts
- Collaborate closely with electrical, mechanical, digital signal processing, and software engineering teams to integrate and verify RF system designs
- Design and evaluate alignment methods for phased array systems
- Quickly iterate on design, validation, and production testing approaches for high-volume consumer hardware and gateway antenna systems
- Develop Python-based automation tools to interface with test units, measurement equipment, instrumentation, and documentation platforms

- Must be available to work beyond standard hours or on weekends when necessary to meet urgent project milestones
