Role Overview
This position plays a central role in transforming raw performance data into meaningful, customer-specific insights. Working closely with Account Management and Customer Development teams, the Senior Customer Insights Analyst ensures that data not only reflects performance but also drives action. The role is essential for reinforcing client trust, increasing engagement, and supporting long-term retention through high-quality, strategic reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to shape dashboard outputs and quarterly business review metrics into customized, persuasive stories that highlight measurable impact and guide business decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client analytics and benefits teams, aligning reporting with their population health and cost management goals.
- Design and maintain automated, executive-level dashboards and report templates using BI and reporting automation tools, minimizing manual effort while ensuring consistency.
- Conduct proactive analysis to detect trends, performance shifts, or notable outcomes, linking findings to product strengths and strategic recommendations.
- Partner with internal data operations to validate the integrity and accuracy of data models used in client reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of six years in analytical roles, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or consulting, with direct client engagement experience.
- Advanced skills in SQL and business intelligence platforms for querying and visualizing complex datasets.
- Strong communication abilities, with a track record of simplifying technical analysis for executive audiences through clear narratives and visuals.
- Proven experience in turning data into strategic recommendations and supporting business outcomes.
- Experience working with non-technical stakeholders such as customer success managers and benefits leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Finance, or Business Analytics.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with reporting automation tools like Matik is a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $106,000–$146,000
