Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data from diverse sources using SQL, Python, and Spark.
- Optimize and automate data workflows and infrastructure for robustness, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Growth, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver data solutions tailored to business needs.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
- Support the development and maintenance of data models, metadata, and workload management systems.
- Design scalable cloud-based data systems using tools like Databricks, AWS Glue, Lambda, and Redshift.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with data engineering, data systems, and ETL pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Solid background in data lake and data warehouse architecture, big data processing, and data modeling.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Familiarity with Databricks, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code is a strong plus.
- Experience with Redshift, BigQuery, or similar big data technologies is preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with excellent English communication skills.
