Responsibilities

- Support the career growth and technical proficiency of engineering team members through coaching and mentorship.
- Collaborate with product leadership to define long-term vision, strategic roadmaps, and architectural blueprints.
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of technology platforms and initiatives to deliver scalable solutions aligned with customer demands.
- Champion continuous enhancement of software engineering standards and development practices.
- Partner across Agile teams to design, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack technical solutions using modern tools and frameworks.
- Ensure high standards for system reliability, availability, scalability, and overall technical quality.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, explore innovative tools, and contribute to internal and external tech communities.
- Foster a culture that values creativity, inclusion, collaboration, self-direction, and the adoption of advanced technologies.
Compensation
