Responsibilities
- Build and improve full stack systems that power a healthcare marketplace and cash card offerings, covering front-end interfaces, backend services, data processing, pricing logic, and platform infrastructure.
- Work closely with product managers, architects, business teams, and clients to define requirements, shape roadmaps, and deliver technology solutions that support strategic objectives.
- Create, deploy, and maintain reliable, secure cloud applications on Microsoft Azure, utilizing services such as App Services, Functions, AKS, data platforms, and related infrastructure components.
- Handle Level 2 production support by investigating escalated user issues, reviewing customer input and system metrics, and suggesting enhancements to improve performance and functionality.
- Support engineering excellence by advancing practices around code quality, automated testing, continuous integration and delivery, DevOps workflows, monitoring, release preparedness, and quality validation.
- Develop API-based integrations, microservices, and shared components using a technology stack that includes .NET, Python, React or Angular, SQL databases, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and native Azure tools.
- Engage in technical design sessions and peer code reviews, record architectural decisions, mentor team members, and promote a cooperative and respectful engineering environment.
- Uphold principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion by engaging in personal growth, demonstrating inclusive conduct, and actively addressing bias in the workplace.

- 40 Hours per week, 5 days of the week
- In the first 90 days, learn the Waltz platform and related applications, ensure roadmap items are well articulated for immediate enhancements, and lead development of front-end and back-end applications focused on data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and pricing.
- Operate effectively in an Agile and DevOps environment, balancing hands-on development, technical leadership, production support, and cross-functional stakeholder communication.
