What You’ll Do
- Design and lead AI research initiatives that directly enhance cybersecurity detection and response capabilities.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of skilled data scientists specializing in machine learning and LLM development.
- Drive models from concept to production, ensuring performance, scalability, and robustness across global systems.
- Make key technical decisions on generative AI architectures, training methodologies, and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to align data science innovation with business priorities.
- Establish evaluation frameworks, technical standards, and best practices for AI development.
- Represent technical excellence through external engagement, including publications and industry speaking.
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with a focus on production-grade model development.
- Proven leadership managing data science teams and delivering AI solutions at scale.
- Deep technical expertise in LLMs, deep learning, GPU optimization, and cloud-based AI infrastructure.
- Strong coding skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks and cloud platforms.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity, make high-impact decisions, and communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences.
- Track record of solving complex problems using AI in real-world environments.
