About the Role

Role Overview

As the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the infrastructure that powers marketing performance. Your work will ensure that campaigns are executed efficiently, data flows reliably, and lead management processes align with revenue goals. You'll act as a key connector between technology, data integrity, and go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the marketing automation platform, ensuring it supports scalable, data-driven campaigns.
  • Design and deploy end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, nurturing streams, and integrated programs, overseeing build, testing, segmentation, and deployment.
  • Manage integrations across the marketing technology stack—including CRM and data enrichment tools—to ensure accurate data synchronization and system interoperability.
  • Develop and refine lead lifecycle processes, including scoring models, stage definitions, routing logic, and handoff protocols in collaboration with Revenue Operations.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, and Sales teams to turn strategic goals into operational workflows that deliver results.
  • Create and maintain dashboards that track campaign effectiveness, funnel progression, and marketing ROI, providing stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.
  • Advocate for data accuracy and process efficiency, leading initiatives to improve segmentation, personalization, and overall marketing performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of six years in Marketing Operations within B2B SaaS environments, with a focus on pipeline and revenue generation.
  • Proven experience with Marketo or HubSpot, including building complex automations, lead workflows, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring frameworks, MQL criteria, and sales alignment strategies.
  • Hands-on experience integrating marketing systems such as Salesforce and third-party SaaS tools to maintain clean, usable data.
  • Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Independent, results-driven mindset with a track record of managing projects from concept to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data enrichment platforms such as Clay or 6sense to enhance targeting and segmentation precision.
