Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and sustain backend systems using Java across secure government-restricted networks and AWS-hosted platforms.
- Engage in system architecture planning, enforce coding standards, enhance efficiency, and implement scalable design patterns.
- Work within an Agile Scrum framework, offering technical guidance, mentoring peers, and promoting engineering best practices.
- Support incident resolution, conduct root cause analysis, and implement system improvements in varied runtime settings.
- Partner with DevOps, quality assurance, and product management teams to ensure reliable deployments and operational excellence.

- Team collaboration with DevOps, QA, and Product units is essential.
- Security clearance or background screening may be necessary due to federal system access.
- Prior experience maintaining a FedRAMP-compliant product in live environments is advantageous.
