Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure code to protect platform integrity.
- Create automated security tools, systems, and services as part of core research and development engineering output.
- Contribute directly to product codebases, working in partnership with development teams to integrate security functionality.
- Develop integrations with AI-based internal and external services to enhance and scale security operations.
- Produce clean, well-tested, production-grade code that meets high standards for performance and reliability.
- Engage in collaborative learning with experienced engineers and security researchers.
- Work closely with the AI Security Research group, applying strong software engineering principles while expanding security knowledge.
- Take part in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile development rituals to support team engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with product teams during joint development initiatives, establishing trust through high-quality contributions.
- Expand technical influence by mastering advanced security engineering concepts.
- Gain specialized expertise in security and AI security within a team at the forefront of innovation.
- Assume increasing responsibility for system components and features, with opportunities for technical leadership growth.
- Maintain active interest in emerging AI and machine learning technologies and propose applications for security R&D.
