Shape the future of software as a Senior Software Engineer on a distributed team building powerful, user-focused SaaS products. You'll take ownership of services across backend and frontend systems, working deeply in Java or Golang while contributing to cloud infrastructure and automated testing frameworks.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable services and infrastructure in a modern microservices architecture.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to debug complex systems and improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and research teams to move ideas from concept to production.
- Guide junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical mentorship.
- Help define success metrics for features and own their performance in production.
- Work in agile cycles with continuous integration and deployment, shipping updates frequently.
- Champion code quality, operational excellence, and best practices across the engineering lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with Java, Golang, or similar backend languages.
- Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and clean code principles.
- Ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly to diverse audiences.

- Fluency in English and legal authorization to work in Bulgaria.
