Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing enterprise endpoint engineering in large or multi-site global environments.
- deep hands-on experience administering and engineering MECM/SCCM, including application packaging, OS deployment, baselines, and software updates.
- experience leading teams or functioning as a technical lead, providing mentorship and escalation support.
- proficiency includes designing and governing enterprise standards, SOPs, and lifecycle management processes.
- hands-on experience managing macOS environments, including imaging, OS updates, and hardware lifecycle support.
- rigorous quality assurance testing of OS images, hardware models, application deployments, and configuration changes.
- understanding of modern endpoint management principles including compliance frameworks, configuration baselines, and endpoint security.
- strong troubleshooting experience across Windows OS, macOS, enterprise applications, hardware models, and desktop technologies.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.
Nice to Have
- experience with identity platforms (Okta, Entra ID), Agile/ITIL frameworks, or endpoint-related certifications (Microsoft, Jamf, ITIL)
