Role Overview

As a Sr. Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of a next-generation compute infrastructure that supports growing global demands. Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable compute architecture to meet expanding data processing needs
- Solve performance and reliability challenges associated with large-scale data ingestion and transformation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems across cloud environments
- Ensure code quality, operational observability, and system resilience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development
- Strong command of object-oriented programming, particularly in Java
- Proven experience with cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, Istio, or container-based platforms
- Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka
- Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging solutions
- Eligibility to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support
- Ability to start employment without work authorization delays

Technology Environment

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $174,000 to $273,000, with additional components including equity and a performance bonus. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, paid time off, and inclusive workplace practices. Work Location
This role is available at company hubs in New York City, Salt Lake City, London, Edinburgh, Pune, Dubai, Geneva, and São Paulo. Compensation for roles in Colorado, California, and New York is determined by local market rates. The structure supports flexibility across global offices.
