Responsibilities
- Lead the development and direction of Wi-Fi software and product features
- Diagnose and enhance performance at the kernel level of system operations
- Work closely with RF and electrical engineering teams to refine testing methods for hardware and software
- Guide and support software engineering team members while fostering a positive, collaborative environment
- Enhance the efficiency and reliability of Wi-Fi mesh networking performance
- Design and implement tools that support frequent, stable software releases, automated testing, and data insights within continuous integration systems
