Role Overview
We’re hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen our platform’s reliability and performance. In this remote role, you’ll bridge operations and development by applying automation, observability, and cloud engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience across production systems
- Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Dynatrace for real-time observability
- Operate and optimize workloads on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Automate repetitive tasks and operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce toil
- Leverage Akamai to enhance application performance and security at the edge
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience with Dynatrace for monitoring and troubleshooting complex systems
- Hands-on work with Kubernetes, particularly in GKE environments
- Strong scripting or coding skills with a focus on automation
- Familiarity with Akamai’s tools for performance and threat mitigation
- Solid understanding of system reliability principles, incident response, and performance tuning
