StackAdapt is looking for a Software Engineer, Backend to contribute to the development of its advertising technology platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the core systems that power our programmatic solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services and APIs
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance and reliability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team standards and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and maintaining backend systems in a production environment
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and data modeling
- Understanding of API design principles and distributed systems concepts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
