Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage authentication systems, session handling, and device trust mechanisms for identity and access management.
- Implement and maintain authorization frameworks including roles, permissions, and policy enforcement.
- Integrate security features such as multi-factor authentication and cryptographic key management in coordination with security teams.
- Lead ownership of financial operations including payment processing and fund transfer workflows.
- Manage systems for transaction ledgering and reconciliation across financial platforms.
- Enforce transaction limits, risk mitigation controls, and ensure correctness in financial data flows.
- Develop and operate blockchain node infrastructure and remote procedure call (RPC) services.
- Implement reliable transaction submission pipelines with monitoring and automated retry capabilities.
- Stream and index on-chain data into internal systems for real-time analytics and service integration.
- Establish and maintain service level objectives and error budgeting practices for critical systems.
- Create and maintain observability tooling including dashboards, alerting rules, runbooks, and incident response protocols.
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex technical initiatives across multiple teams, working closely with Product, Security, and Operations.
- Provide technical mentorship, support code and design reviews, and help shape engineering standards and documentation.
- Keep current with evolving best practices in authentication, cryptographic key management, and secure infrastructure for cryptocurrency and trading environments.
