AgencyAnalytics is seeking a Staff Developer to act as a T-shaped technical leader. In this role, you will operate broadly across technical domains, dive deep into specific problems, and be involved from strategy to production code. You are part strategist, part builder, and part mentor, shaping architectural direction from the earliest phases of discovery.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional technical projects and build and review architectures.
- Set and drive coding standards, technical processes, and tooling across engineering.
- Drive AI tool adoption across Engineering.
- Prioritize and work on multiple projects from start to finish, balancing quality, stability and project delivery.
- Set a high-quality bar through code reviews and mentoring and actively look for ways to improve the overall quality of the codebase.
- Work across teams to promote an open, collaborative approach to architecture, technical patterns, and complex problem-solving.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of SaaS application development experience.
- A track record of leading technical initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Previously held a Staff Developer or higher title.
- Daily use of AI coding tools like Claude.
- Hands-on and can go deep on frontend technologies (React, TypeScript).
- Experience architecting complex systems, balancing performance, scale, and developer experience.
- Fluent in performance best practices and know how to monitor and optimize for the user experience.
- Have closely collaborated with other Staff on foundational engineering decisions and product development.
- Thrive in ambiguity and can operate at different levels, from system architecture down to pair programming with a junior dev.
