What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end development of agentic systems, using AI to accelerate prototyping, testing, and deployment—only involving human input when absolutely necessary.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities such as continuous learning, real-time decision-making, and multi-agent coordination directly into smart devices.
- Experiment with and implement cutting-edge AI methods including reinforcement learning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and persistent memory systems, staying ahead of rapid technological shifts.
- Optimize AI models for performance, power efficiency, and reliability on embedded platforms, leveraging AI-driven tools to fine-tune system behavior.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.
- Proven experience building and shipping AI-powered products, with a portfolio or public code repository demonstrating hands-on work in autonomous systems.
- Strong technical foundation in Python and C/C++, with extensive experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern AI frameworks.
- Expertise in reinforcement learning, multi-agent architectures, and adaptive algorithms that enable intelligent, self-sustaining behavior.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to lead technical initiatives with confidence.
Preferred Background
- Experience in hardware-software co-design, particularly in optimizing embedded systems for constrained environments.
- Track record of delivering commercial AI or embedded products that operate efficiently under strict power and memory limits.
Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid model, with designated in-office days from Tuesday to Thursday to support collaboration and innovation. Employees may work remotely two days per week.
