Responsibilities
- Identify strategic machine learning opportunities and drive stakeholder alignment to prioritize and support key initiatives
- Design and build scalable machine learning systems, including classification, regression, and rule-based models, to address practical challenges
- Manage end-to-end machine learning workflows, from data analysis and feature development through model training, validation, and production deployment
- Communicate complex technical findings clearly to both technical teams and non-technical audiences
- Define and lead technical vision for ML projects, ensuring consistency with engineering best practices and organizational objectives
- Support and mentor less experienced engineers, promoting collaboration and ongoing skill development
