Tilt is looking for a Staff Platform Engineer to lead our technical strategy and build the foundational architecture for our platform. You will design and run resilient systems and elegant abstractions that keep our team moving fast with confidence, while diving into the engine room to optimize and scale.

What We're Looking For
- Strong C# .NET experience.
- Strong understanding of dependency injection, distributed systems, and platform architecture.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tooling.
- Demonstrated experience taking initiative, making trade-off decisions, and moving fast to execute.
- Experience working in a platform/infrastructure team.
- Strong communication skills—be able to clearly articulate deeply technical concepts easily.
