As a Staff Product Designer on the Document Cloud Generative AI team, you'll play a key role in redefining how people interact with digital documents. With a global user base of over 600 million monthly active users, your work will directly influence products used every day for creating, signing, and scanning documents across platforms.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead the design of intuitive, human-centered experiences that simplify complex workflows. From early sketches to high-fidelity prototypes, you’ll own the full design lifecycle, ensuring solutions are both functional and visually refined. Your process will be adaptable—shifting as needed to meet the demands of emerging AI capabilities and evolving user expectations.
You’ll translate research insights and data into compelling design direction, advocating for users at every stage. By communicating with clarity and confidence, you’ll align executives and cross-functional partners around a shared vision. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers will be central to your role, fostering strong relationships that drive progress.
Accessibility and inclusivity are core to our mission. You’ll ensure designs meet high standards for usability across all abilities, applying accessibility principles to wireframes, comps, and prototypes. You’ll also mentor others, raising the overall quality of design craft across teams.
With generative AI rapidly transforming the landscape, you’ll help identify new opportunities to deliver value—prototyping future experiences that are modern, useful, and seamless. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and lead complex initiatives from concept to launch will be essential.
