Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact engineering projects in areas such as personalized recommendations, payment systems, reimbursement processes, and eligibility logic
- Collaborate with product, design, data, and engineering leaders to define roadmaps, evaluate technical decisions, and manage execution risks
- Apply an AI-first approach to software development using autonomous agent patterns and help define internal standards for AI engineering
- Guide and develop engineers across teams by sharing technical knowledge and fostering collaborative problem-solving
- Engage in agile rituals including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, deployments, and on-call responsibilities
Compensation
For Canadian residents: $148,000 - $203,500 CAD annually. Salaries are adjusted based on local market and cost of living.
