Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of frontend platform architecture, including module design, micro-frontend strategies, shared components, and state management frameworks.
- Identify and resolve systemic performance challenges such as bundle size, load latency, runtime efficiency, and rendering performance; define scalable performance standards.
- Develop and support build systems, local development setups, CI/CD workflows, linting tools, code generation systems, and internal utilities used by engineering teams.
- Proactively detect the most critical engineering workflow bottlenecks and implement AI-driven automation to eliminate them, adapting focus as constraints shift over time.
- Define and guide technical standards for frontend development; mentor senior and staff-level engineers; evaluate architectural proposals involving shared frontend systems.
- Collaborate with product engineering, design systems, and platform infrastructure teams to ensure foundational work addresses real team challenges and improves developer velocity.
