Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 1 to 3 major strategic cross-departmental initiatives each quarter
- Serve as the primary point of contact and accountability for large-scale technical programs involving multiple teams
- Coordinate efforts across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Business Analytics departments
- Drive infrastructure modernization projects such as database migrations and architectural redesigns
- Lead platform consolidation and tooling transformation efforts across the engineering organization
- Balance competing priorities and align stakeholders with differing objectives
- Define clear success metrics, monitor progress, and manage interdependencies across projects
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays
- Guide technical initiatives from initial concept through delivery and post-launch evaluation
- Design and refine agile processes, sprint planning, and release management workflows
- Eliminate inefficiencies in the software development lifecycle from code commit to production
- Improve CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment speed and frequency
- Develop and promote scalable engineering standards and best practices
- Track and report key performance indicators related to engineering productivity
- Create dashboards that deliver actionable insights to technical and executive leadership
- Analyze technical data to uncover trends and drive continuous improvement
