- Embed automated testing seamlessly into continuous integration and delivery workflows.
- Support team growth through mentoring, code evaluations, and framework feedback sessions.
- Develop comprehensive approaches for performance, load, scalability, and system reliability testing.
- Monitor key quality metrics including test coverage, defect leakage, test reliability, and release preparedness.
