What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute tailored growth strategies for assigned corporate accounts, focusing on revenue expansion, product assortment, pricing, and promotional planning.
- Use market data, competitive insights, and customer analytics to uncover new opportunities and drive incremental share gains.
- Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions to align priorities, evaluate performance, and connect customer needs with company capabilities.
- Act as the internal champion for customer interests, coordinating cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution.
- Influence without authority by fostering collaboration and alignment across departments to meet customer commitments and timelines.
- Navigate organizational complexity to remove obstacles, accelerate decision-making, and ensure successful implementation of account plans.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 8 years managing national or enterprise accounts in the tire or automotive sector, with experience overseeing portfolios valued at $200M+.
- Proven background in Category Management and Merchandising within retail, wholesale, or large distribution networks.
- Strong analytical skills with a history of turning data into actionable strategies.
- Experience engaging C-suite and executive-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Ability to travel as needed, including overnight trips, and lift up to 25 pounds when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master’s is a plus.
