About the Role
The position is responsible for transforming supplier administration by strengthening the data foundation across procurement and finance, using AI and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and risk management while collaborating across functions to enable scalable, intelligent workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the governance, quality, and controls of supplier data as part of an evolving operating model.
- Ensure supplier master data is accurate, complete, and prepared for audits across procurement and financial systems.
- Manage end-to-end supplier lifecycle activities, including onboarding, record maintenance, tax documentation, and banking updates.
- Strengthen data controls to prevent duplicates, validate banking details, ensure payment readiness, and protect sensitive information.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Procurement Operations to resolve setup issues affecting purchasing, invoicing, payments, and reporting.
- Establish and refine data standards that support AI-driven procurement processes, automation, dashboards, and risk assessments.
- Leverage AI tools to improve data monitoring, enrichment, documentation, and response workflows.
- Identify recurring data issues and inefficiencies, then design improved processes, standards, and automation solutions.
- Support initiatives to clean, consolidate, and standardize supplier data across platforms and workflows.
- Develop clear documentation, process guidelines, and operational routines to improve consistency and transparency in supplier administration.
- Work across functions to enhance the experience for suppliers and internal stakeholders while maintaining strong controls.
- Balance operational speed, accuracy, risk management, and business enablement in a dynamic environment.
