MeridianLink is hiring a System Administration Consultant to provide expert-level support and strategic guidance for our financial software ecosystem. You will be a critical resource for ensuring platform stability, performance, and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Provide advanced system administration support and configuration for MeridianLink's platform.
- Consult with clients to understand their business needs and implement optimal technical solutions.
- Analyze system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and execute improvements.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and serve as an escalation point.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior system administration or technical consultant role.
- Strong ability to analyze complex technical problems and design effective solutions.
- Excellent client-facing communication and consulting skills.
- Deep knowledge of system performance monitoring, security, and maintenance.
- Experience documenting processes and creating clear technical guides.
