As a System Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining the reliability and performance of cloud-based systems. Operating within a shift-based 24/7 model, your primary focus will be monitoring infrastructure, identifying anomalies, and taking immediate action to resolve technical events before they escalate.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor cloud environments and respond to system alerts and status changes
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and execute corrective technical procedures
- Investigate root causes of incidents and implement preventive solutions
- Coordinate with internal technical experts in public cloud, security, and open-source technologies
- Ensure monitoring coverage is effective and up to date across assigned systems
- Continuously improve operational knowledge with guidance from experienced team members
What You Bring
- A strong interest in cloud technologies including Public Cloud, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and Linux/Unix command-line operations
- Fluency in spoken and written English for internal communication
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts to support continuous operations
- Eligibility to work within the European Union for data compliance
