As a System Integration Analyst, you will play a key role in deploying, maintaining, and enhancing sophisticated engineering systems within a secure, high-performance IT environment. You'll work across test and production settings, ensuring systems function reliably, meet compliance standards, and remain aligned with evolving operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot advanced engineering platforms, diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Manage system upgrades and integrate new technologies while maintaining compatibility and performance
- Apply standardized procedures to application deployment and configuration to ensure consistency and reliability
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Unix shell or similar tools to streamline system operations
- Perform regular patch management to uphold system security, compliance, and long-term stability
- Monitor system alerts, OEM notifications, and log outputs, responding promptly to anomalies
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support critical production systems around the clock
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years in system administration with a focus on performance, security, and uptime
- Proven experience managing systems in high-availability environments
- Strong background in UNIX, particularly Red Hat Linux, and system configuration best practices
- Experience writing and maintaining automation scripts to improve operational efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to follow and enforce standardized technical processes
- Track record of effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to support systems on a 24x7 on-call basis
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Product Data Management (PDM) platforms such as PTC Windchill or Dassault 3DExperience
- Experience integrating systems to advance digital engineering initiatives
- Scripting expertise to automate compliance and maintenance workflows
- Working knowledge of EMSO SolarWinds for application and server monitoring
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies
