Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of identity systems including single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, user lifecycle management, and SCIM provisioning through platforms like Okta and Google Workspace
- Design and implement automated workflows across the IT environment for onboarding, offboarding, access management, license tracking, and SaaS application lifecycle
- Manage macOS device lifecycle from provisioning to decommissioning using MDM solutions, including policy enforcement and automated remediation scripts
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform for identity services, SaaS integrations, and cloud resources
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving advanced technical issues, collaborating with external managed service providers to ensure timely resolutions
- Assess and integrate new SaaS applications, including emerging tools powered by artificial intelligence, to improve IT efficiency
- Develop clear documentation and operational playbooks to minimize manual effort and improve system resilience
- Promote a culture of automation within IT by identifying repetitive tasks and implementing scalable solutions
