About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and support career progression across technical and leadership domains.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy structured learning programs aligned with workforce development goals
- Assess training needs through stakeholder consultations and performance data
- Develop curriculum materials for both classroom and digital delivery formats
- Coordinate instructor-led sessions and virtual learning events
- Evaluate program effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Maintain training records and track participant progress
- Collaborate with department leads to identify skill gaps
- Support onboarding processes for new hires with tailored learning paths
- Manage relationships with external training providers
- Integrate feedback mechanisms to refine course content
- Ensure compliance with internal certification requirements
- Promote a culture of continuous learning across departments
- Utilize learning management systems for course administration
- Prepare reports on training outcomes and engagement metrics
- Align development initiatives with long-term business objectives
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or similar discipline
- Certification in training delivery or learning design
- Experience with government contracting environments
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or systems engineering concepts
- Track record of managing large-scale training rollouts
- Background in change management initiatives
- Advanced skills in data analysis for learning evaluation
- Experience using SCORM-compliant platforms
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards
- Prior work in high-security operational settings
