Responsibilities
- Respond to support inquiries from hiring managers, job submitters, and recruiters about technical problems in the talent technology systems.
- Conduct training sessions for recruitment teams on newly introduced tools and strategic programs.
- Generate and analyze reports from the applicant tracking system and related platforms to deliver actionable insights to leadership and business units.
- Maintain and revise process documentation, presentation materials, and data spreadsheets associated with talent operations.
- Spot process improvement opportunities, develop project plans, and execute new operational initiatives.
