This remote contract position supports comprehensive talent and HR operations within a high-performance, AI-driven organization. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from role definition and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding—ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for a distributed global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment workflows including role scoping, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and pipeline management using an Applicant Tracking System and AI-powered tools
- Oversee structured onboarding and offboarding processes with attention to documentation, compliance, and stakeholder alignment
- Maintain accurate people records, contracts, and HR systems to support operational reporting and data integrity
- Support performance tracking and employee engagement initiatives across regions
- Apply automation and AI to streamline recruitment and HR processes for greater efficiency and consistency
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR operations with strong organizational and documentation practices
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and integrating AI tools into daily workflows
- Ability to work independently with accountability and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to manage relationships across diverse teams
- Regular availability during working hours in Asia–Pacific and European time zones

Work Environment
