Responsibilities
- Supervise junior project managers, manage their workload allocation, career growth, and overall well-being.
- Work closely with group leads to proactively handle team and project-related issues within your assigned pod.
- Serve as the primary project manager for 4 to 5 concurrent projects, maintaining full control over scope, planning, client communication, progress reporting, demonstrations, risk tracking, and scope adjustments.
- Develop and implement project plans that successfully deliver fixed-price, retainer, and time-and-materials projects on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure high-quality outputs by coordinating with leaders across disciplines and enforcing strict quality assurance protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead discovery phases to clearly define cross-functional project requirements and align them with the client's core business goals and objectives.
- Proactively identify strategic moments to partner with the sales team to strengthen client relationships and support long-term engagement.
