Lead the evolution of scalable, secure systems in a healthcare technology environment focused on reliability and innovation. As a Technical Lead in DevOps, you'll define architectural direction, improve infrastructure practices, and ensure engineering excellence across CI/CD, cloud resources, and observability.
What You’ll Do
- Set technical direction for DevOps across engineering teams, influencing decisions in infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring
- Design and manage cloud environments on Google Cloud Platform using Terraform, ensuring scalability and security
- Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, safe, and automated deployments
- Lead incident response efforts and conduct post-mortems to strengthen system resilience
- Collaborate with product and security teams to align infrastructure with compliance and operational needs
- Review system designs for reliability, performance, and maintainability
- Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions using tools like Datadog, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
- Mentor DevOps engineers and promote best practices in automation and infrastructure as code
- Document standards, runbooks, and operational procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to long-term technical roadmaps and capacity planning with engineering leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a senior individual contributor in DevOps or systems engineering
- Strong command of Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Experience building and maintaining secure, automated infrastructure at scale
- Solid background in CI/CD systems, scripting (Python, Bash, TypeScript), and observability platforms
- Ability to lead technical discussions, evaluate design trade-offs, and guide teams through complex challenges
- Track record of mentoring engineers and improving team capabilities
- Collaborative mindset with product, security, and engineering partners

Compensation & Work Model
Salary ranges from $180,000 to $250,000 depending on location. The position is remote with occasional travel required. Operations are centered in New York, South Florida, and Los Angeles, with global telemedicine support available 24/7.
