Clario was looking for a Technical Product Manager

About the Role

Lead product innovation in healthcare and life sciences by shaping technical direction and driving product delivery from ideation through release. As a Technical Product Manager, you will connect strategic vision with engineering execution, ensuring that product development meets user needs, technical standards, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with data science, operations, and delivery teams to ensure product initiatives support broader portfolio goals.
  • Define and manage a long-term product roadmap, aligning release planning with market demands and organizational capacity.
  • Work closely with engineering to shape system architecture, user workflows, and data models for scalable solutions.
  • Translate user feedback and market research into clear, prioritized requirements for agile development cycles.
  • Balance delivery of new features with technical debt reduction and system reliability in fast-moving environments.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends, especially in clinical data, AI, and analytics platforms.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Identify and manage risks across technical, operational, and regulatory domains.
  • Partner with analysts and support teams to prepare documentation, training, and release readiness materials.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, or a related field, or have equivalent experience. A minimum of five years in product management with full life-cycle ownership is required, preferably in healthcare, clinical research, or life sciences.

Essential skills include technical fluency to communicate effectively with developers, experience gathering user requirements, and the ability to make data-informed decisions in agile settings. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is critical. Applicants must be authorized to work remotely in the United States and willing to travel up to 25% when necessary.

Preferred qualifications include an MBA or experience with Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, Python, JIRA, LLMs, Generative AI, medical imaging, or clinical trials.
