Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end exchange integration, from application and compliance checks to API testing and live deployment, enabling rapid trading access.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, and external partners to identify and eliminate integration obstacles.
- Maintain and manage relationships with exchanges, brokers, prime brokers, and third-party vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
- Develop internal tools, dashboards, and AI-driven workflows to monitor progress, detect bottlenecks, and minimize manual effort.
- Design standardized procedures for unstructured operational tasks, improving efficiency without increasing bureaucracy.
- Assess and onboard infrastructure vendors with a focus on technical compatibility and deployment speed.
- Proactively detect and mitigate risks related to exchange policies, regulatory updates, and integration schedules.
- Partner directly with traders and engineers to convert operational needs into actionable technical specifications.
