About the Role

This position combines strategic advisory with hands-on technical execution, enabling customers to maximize value through integration architecture, data strategy, and platform adoption across a broad enterprise ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical advisor to clients, identifying business challenges and crafting integration and data strategies that deliver clear return on investment.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to define integration needs, data sources, migration scope, expected data volumes, and potential risks.
  • Convert client requirements into detailed technical designs, including integration architectures, data mappings, field transformations, and migration procedures.
  • Manage full lifecycle delivery of complex integrations using iPaaS tools, ensuring seamless connectivity between the platform and client systems.
  • Develop and configure automated data workflows, triggers, and synchronization processes with built-in error handling, retry logic, deduplication, and rate limit management.
  • Design and deploy API integrations using REST and SOAP standards, OAuth2 authentication, webhooks, and event-driven models.
  • Produce and maintain thorough technical documentation such as flowcharts, activity diagrams, and functional specifications.
  • Lead large-scale data migration initiatives from initial analysis to go-live, covering ETL design, field mapping, transformation rules, data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Create and execute test plans for data migrations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and zero data loss.
  • Develop and maintain cutover and rollback strategies to mitigate risks during migration of large datasets.
  • Work with structured data formats including SQL, CSV, and JSON, using scripting to automate and transform data.
  • Deliver training sessions and produce documentation such as user guides, admin runbooks, and educational materials for diverse audiences.
  • Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations post-deployment to maintain performance and reliability.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting systems for live integrations to detect and resolve issues proactively.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the product suite, integration tools, and enterprise software ecosystem.
  • Contribute to internal repositories, reusable components, and process enhancements to improve delivery quality and consistency.
  • Support internal teams with technical guidance on integration patterns, migration methods, and platform features.
