As a Technical Support Specialist in our programmatic operations team, you’ll play a key role in diagnosing and resolving advanced technical challenges across distributed systems. Your work will center on interpreting large volumes of transactional data, identifying root causes, and delivering clear, effective solutions to both internal teams and external partners.
What You’ll Do
- Investigate and resolve escalated technical inquiries using data analysis, SQL queries, and API integrations
- Develop and maintain internal tools and automation scripts to improve team efficiency
- Support the evolution of backend systems and operational infrastructure
- Document technical issues and resolutions thoroughly in our case management platform
- Create knowledge resources and lead training sessions to share expertise across teams
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in an IT-related field or equivalent hands-on experience
- At least two years in a technical support, DataOps, SRE, or systems administration role
- Strong command of SQL, including complex query writing, and experience with REST APIs
- Familiarity with Linux environments and core database principles
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively and deliver meaningful resolutions
- Excellent written English and a commitment to clear, helpful communication
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms; coding experience is a significant advantage
Additional Assets
- Experience with cloud platforms or scripting in HTML and JavaScript
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising ecosystems
- Proficiency in languages beyond English
