Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
Minimum of 7 years of experience in NetSuite implementation or optimization, with a background in designing ERP solutions on the platform.
Proven track record in leading or supporting end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
Experience gathering business requirements and implementing integrated ERP, CRM, and PSA systems.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong ability to build, maintain, and grow relationships with clients.
Demonstrates initiative, innovation, and a focus on delivering practical solutions.
Adaptable to fast-paced and evolving work environments.
Skilled in communicating clearly—verbally, in writing, and orally—to diverse audiences, including client executives and internal teams.
Willingness to engage in organizational culture and contribute to internal programs such as training, community service, recruitment, and team-building activities.
Committed to industry best practices and capable of advocating for configuration over customization by leveraging native platform capabilities.

Prior consulting experience with business applications such as QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft is advantageous.
Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) or cloud-based platforms is beneficial.
NetSuite ERP certification is preferred.
